Why AdestateHighlight 1 of 4: Curated for you
Moving is the largest transaction most people ever make. We built Adestate so none of it has to be taken on trust — every claim on this site is one you can check.
Every home is visited, measured and photographed by our own team before it ever lists.
Each asking price sits beside what comparable homes on the street actually sold for.
Over 1,200 rentals listed by owners themselves. No brokerage between you and the keys.
320 licensed agents, named on their listings, with reply times published every month.
Every one of these was visited, measured and photographed by our own team before it went live. What you see is what is there.

Property 1 of 4: Modern Villa
Developments we brought to market, buildings we let in full, and the streets we know best. Every one photographed by our own team.
Three services, one team. Listing a property, booking a viewing, or asking someone who knows the market — this is who does it and what you get back.
No call centre and no handover. One named agent takes your enquiry and stays with it until the keys change hands.
Every review below is from a completed transaction, published unedited. We do not remove the ones that cost us four stars instead of five.
“Shirin was an invaluable guide through the whole buying process, from the first search to closing. She understood immediately what we were after, steered us away from two places that looked right on paper, and kept every stage moving with a steady, reassuring hand.”
Short, practical notes from the people doing the paperwork — what to check, what a document actually proves, and where deals in Dubai tend to go wrong.
Title deed, mutation, dues clearance, approved plan — the paperwork that decides whether a sale completes, in the order a buyer should ask for it.

Dubai first — Emirates Hills, Umm Suqeim, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Arabian Ranches — with a growing list in Abu Dhabi. Every listing outside those areas comes through a named partner agent, and the card says so before you enquire.
One of our agents has stood in the property, photographed it that visit, and checked the title deed and the mutation papers against the owner's ID. Nothing goes live on a floor plan and a promise, and the photographs are never older than the listing.
Send an enquiry from any listing and the agent named on it replies the same day, usually within a couple of hours. Most viewings happen within 48 hours; evenings and Fridays are fine if that suits you better.
Nothing. Our fee is paid by the seller or the landlord, so viewings, negotiation and the paperwork cost you nothing. Registration duty and stamp fees are set by the government and are paid directly by you — we tell you the figure before you commit.
For a rental: a photo ID, one proof of address and your last three months of income. For a purchase: the same, plus your financing letter if you are borrowing. We check the seller's title, mutation and dues clearance for you before any money moves.
Yes — tenant screening, the agreement, rent collection and repairs, on one monthly statement. You choose whether we hold keys and handle maintenance directly or route every job past you first.
You will be put through to the agent who covers the area you are asking about — no call centre, no ticket number, no obligation.

Saved searches that alert you the hour a listing goes live, viewings booked in two taps, and every document from offer to handover in one place.
